Hiyo!

Welcome to my journal! I like to post lots of pictures, telling stories of my adventures along with them. My journal is 99% public because I really don't have anything to hide. Plus, a lot of my friends don't have LJ and I'd like to include them in my life =3

Some things to know before reading my journal:
My name is Crystal, although everyone calls me Lani (taken from my middle name - Nalani)
I turned 22 on March 18
I'm Filipina, born in Hawaii, spent 13 years in Virginia, and now I've since then moved back to Hawaii
My parents are divorced and I live with my dad, stepmom and half sister
I have 3 kitties, but now they live with my brother in North Carolina since I moved to Hawaii =(
I have a boyfriend of almost 5 years named Jojo
I'm a liberal arts psychology major, close to getting my associate's
I currently work at Sanrio Surprises
I can be a very quiet person, but I dress loud
If you can't tell already, I love kitties.. especially Kitty White!
I don't put myself in any one religion, so I've decided that I am going to live my life as a good Christian person. Please don't try to tell me what religion I should be and why.

What is "eat juice"??

On a hot summer day when I was hanging with a few of my friends at the pool, we were sipping on Japanese sodas and juices that had cute, brightly colored packaging. I somehow choked on my juice, and soon after I started making fun of myself, saying "eat juice!!" with a FOB-ish accent while holding up victory peace signs. Ever since then, whenever I saw something that was super cute, sparkly, pretty, cheery, childish and brightly colored, I would say "eat juice"! Now it has become my little saying.

I like to say that I "eat juice" because I like to dress myself in brightly colored, cute clothes, and every thing I have eats juice because they are cute and brightly colored also. I can also be quite childish at times, though I know when I need to be mature.

The saying "eat juice!" is something that almost sums up my personality. I'd go as far as to say that it's my lifestyle. Eat juice also means everything that is happy, cheerful and optimistic. Eat juice is me.
